This open pinewood is just a stone's throw from Mosstodloch and the A96 - it's a great place to stretch your legs.
The Webster Way trail is named in honour of Jim Webster, our Chief Forester in this area for many years. Jim lived locally and contributed greatly to life in the village.

The wide, flat path and short circular route make this trail ideal for buggies. There are several seats along the way too – perfect for relaxing and enjoying birdsong in this pretty pine wood.
Watch out for a spectacular show of daffodils here in spring.
There’s room for six cars in the Webster Way car park at Balnacoul Wood, but also ample parking on the dead end road itself.
Head into Mosstodloch or nearby Fochabers for refreshments and shops. There are public toilets in Fochabers.
Turn into the village of Mosstodloch from the A96. Take the short dead-end road leading off at the War Memorial. The car park is 100m on the right.
