Discover four woodlands spread across Greater Easterhouse and the Bishops Estate (the land here was once owned by the medieval Bishops of Glasgow). All the woods are different but in every one you can get away from it all without leaving the city. Enjoy walking, cycling, horse riding, wildlife spotting, or simply sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet.

These wonderful woodlands are part of the Seven Lochs Wetland Park, Scotland's largest urban nature park. Come and explore these green breathing-spaces, owned by Glasgow City Council and managed by Forestry and Land Scotland. We’ve been working together to upgrade the trails and plant new native woodland for people and wildlife.
