Woodgreen is located to the north-east of Kilwinning in North Ayrshire covering just over 30 hectares. Following extensive analysis, consultation and development work, the land management plan for Woodgreen was formally approved in September 2016 and is scheduled for renewal in 2026.

• Summer 2015 - Site survey, site analysis.
• Autumn 2015 -  Initial design concept for the woodland including tree species choice and shapes.
• Spring 2016 - The initial design concept proposal and public consultation.
• Summer 2016 - Application submitted for formal approval.
• Autumn 2016 - Plan formally approved.
