As a new Executive Agency of the Scottish Government, Forestry and Land Scotland will produce an annual Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement, pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, covering each preceding financial year of trading. Our first Statement will be published shortly after our financial year ending 31 March 2020.

Forestry and Land Scotland has zero tolerance for slavery and human trafficking and is committed to ensuring there is no practices of this type in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Over the coming months we will develop and publish policies and processes to identify, assess and monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
