Make a complaint

We’re proud to be an organisation that uses the information you give us to improve our work. If you’ve a concern or are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue and keep you informed on the progress of your complaint.

What to include in your complaint:

  • your full name
  • your contact details
  • as much detail as possible about the complaint
  • how you’d like us to resolve the matter

Appeals
