Area specific complaints

If your complaint relates to a specific forest or area, please complain directly to the local Forestry and Land Scotland office.

Our regional offices manage work on the national forests and lands and any complaint related to activity in these forests should be directed to your local office.

There will also be information on how to escalate your complaint if you are dissatisfied with the results of our complaints procedure. Appeals can be made to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman – Please consult our Complaints guide for full details regarding the SPSO appeals process.
