Reelig Glen Land Management Plan
We are currently carrying out a Land Management Plan (LMP) revision to help us determine future management proposals for the Reelig Glen forest. An LMP details how we intend to manage our land over the coming 10 years and indicates our vision for the next decades and beyond.
The new plan will set out future management objectives and will give approval for felling, thinning and restocking operations. Through the new plan we want to continue to ensure the social and ecological benefits the Reelig glen block provides.
The draft plan has now been submitted to Scottish Forestry for approval. It will soon appear on the Scottish Forestry Public Register for a 28 day consultation period at which point comment can be made to the regulator. In the meantime we still welcome any questions or comments via the e-mail address provided below.

June 2024: Draft Plan Completion
Late June 2024: Consultation
July 2024: Review draft
July 2024: Submission to Scottish Forestry for approval
