Tweed Valley Osprey Project Co-ordinator, Di Bennett, brings us the latest update from the nest....
A short path amongst mature trees that leads down to the River Nethan. The colours in spring and autumn can be glorious.
There are public toilets, shops and places to eat in Lesmahagow.
There is no charge to park at this woodland. Please park with care and consideration, and do not block pedestrian and vehicles access points.
Head south from Lesmahagow on Balgary Road/Coalburn Road. The path to Nethan Valley begins about ½ mile south of the village at a small lay-by on the right, which has parking for two cars.
ML11 0JR is the nearest postcode, but is within the industrial estate on the outskirts of Lesmahagow.
