Kyle & Lochalsh Community Trust has made an asset transfer request to purchase 7.11 hectares of agricultural and forest land at Ratagan and 12.48 hectares of open ground and forest land at Saraig, Loch Duich for self-build affordable house plots and woodlands crofts, business units and community growing space.
