Glenscorrodale land management plan consultation
The Glenscorrodale Land Management Plan is an extensive area of conifer plantation on the moors either side of the Ross road just south of its summit between Lamlash and Kilmory on the Isle of Arran.
We are developing this land management plan for the block that will detail our proposals for management of the area over the next ten years. Draft versions of the plan will be published here and we invite comments and feedback from the public on all of our proposals.
Timescale
- May 2018: Initial consultation with Arran Forest Environment Panel.
- March 2019: Further consultation with Arran Forest Environment Panel.
- March/April 2020: Public consultation via FLS website and consultation with neighbours.
- Summer 2020: Land Management Plan submission to Scottish Forestry as part of LMP approval process (final plan will be placed on the Scottish Forestry public register for 28 days)
