Gamescleuch Forest and the Ettrick Marshes

The Ettrick & Yarrow Community Development Company have submitted an application to purchase 173 hectares of Gamescleuch Forest and the Ettrick Marshes under the Community Asset Transfer Scheme. It is intended that the area be used for forest and wildlife regeneration, small-scale commercial forestry, woodland craft employment and recreational opportunities.

Decision Notice

An application for review under Section 87(2) of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 has been made in writing in accordance with Part 4 of The Asset Transfer Request (Review Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2016 from Ettrick & Yarrow Community Development Company (EYCDC).
