Knock of Luce Land Management Plan
Knock of Luce Land Management Plan
The Knock of Luce land management unit is located approximately 14 km east of Newton Stewart, in Dumfries and Galloway and is made up of 11 discrete sub-blocks from 12 to 791 Ha in area. Covering approximately 2000 ha the area comprises mostly conifer woodland and extensive peatland. It is part of Scotland’s national forests and land owned by Scottish Ministers on behalf of the people of Scotland and managed by Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS).

It is an opportunity for us to review the management objectives, and to set out our operations for the next ten years. This page will be regularly updated with information, documents and maps as the plan takes shape.
