Important

There’s a very high risk of wildfire across Western, Eastern and Central Scotland from Thursday 23 April to Sunday 26 April 2026. Please pay attention to local guidance and follow the Scottish Outdoor Access Code.

Ardochy Forest covers about 260 hectares and is situated on the Northern shore of Loch Garry, about 9km north of Invergarry. The land was acquired by the Forestry Commission in 1947 and was planted with commercial conifers from then through to the present day.
