  1. Forestry operations on site

    Tree felling operations in Cardona Forest - please expect timber lorries traffic along the forest roads between Cardrona car park and harvesting sites (Monday to Friday only). Map of current harvesting sites is displayed at the car park. Please follow all signage and operator instruction.

Ticks

Ticks can carry Lyme disease, which can lead to long-term illness. Check for ticks after your visit and remove them quickly.

Open water

There is open water at this site. Watch children closely, wear a life jacket if you go in the water, and do not drink alcohol near or in water.

Forestry works

You may find tree felling, road building and timber lorries here. Keep safe and don't enter closed areas. Always follow signs and instructions.
